All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped out within 24 hours of placement (always quicker when we can), excluding weekends and public holidays. For all orders received before 1pm (ACST) on business days, will be dispatched on the same day. As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of Vacay Swimwear’s control and are in the trusting hands of Australia Post, DHL and FedEx. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us.

Please note that Vacay Swimwear will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with your delivering courier.
